Next Bill balance: £0, bill taken early then put back.

I paid my first bill via. the "Pay bill" option. It says bill paid, but checked my next bill and it says the balance was carried forward and I owe £0 next month. However, I added direct debit today, in caution as to not miss a bill, but they immediately tried to take the £50 from my account, then replaced it immediately. I am confused on if this will effect my credit or contract, and what I owe for the next month.

You shouldn't have to do this as your direct debit should have been in place so that it could have been taken.

As we can't see your bill here we can't say for sure what has happened so if you want this checked call Sky on 150.

If an automated payment is scheduled then making a manual payment will credit against next month's bill and not the current one.

If it doesn't seem correct then call Sky on 150 to confirm.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
