New to sky mobile

Hi, I'm new to sky and opted for an ESIM, but had a number transfer from 02. I have had trouble from the beginning, I have no data at all. I now have a sim but that to isn't working. I have to be connected to WiFi all of the time. I cannot receive txts or calls from anyone that isn't an Apple user, nor can I make them. Any help would be appreciated, I've tried everything I have read online.

Let's start from the beginning, have you activated the esim and has it actually activated ?
