I've recently joined sky and have a Google pixel 9 pro XL. I am having an issue calling 2 numbers, they ring out and when the caller answers the call ends. These are family numbers so I'm not blocked and they can both call me and I can answer without issue, I've had a new SIM and that has not corrected the issue does anyone have any ideas, I'm desperate as I only have a few days of my cooling off period left. Thank you in advance.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @JackieRutter this does happen from time to time when my mother calls me, fine for a while then every now and then this happens. I doubt anyone will be able to get to the bottom of something that's quite intermittent.

Hi
It's frustrating isn't it.
I have the opportunity to still return the phone, can I ask did you and did it happen with a replacement?
Thank you
Jackie

Does the number you are calling, have issues ringing out?
Do other people have same issue calling them?
If the issues appears to be them,
Get THEM to switch THEIR phone off /on.
We've had issues with my sons phone.
When ANYONE calls him, they get "incorrect number" message.
When he tried calling anyone, it attempted to ring, then drops out.
Try switching your phone off/ on?

No, the issue is definitely my end, they can call me and I can answer without issue. It just something that automatically ends my call my end when they answer.

Hi Jackie,
I called Sky and they have said they are going to check with their network team to see if they can look into this and so waiting for them to get back to me, will let you know the outcome!
