New to Sky Mobile

My experience so far is not very good.

eSims are alot of trouble. I wish I went to a standard sim card. I have had to ring up sky 3 times about the eSim, it wont transfer to my  new mobile (android to android) then when I think im getting somewere, they claim there is a bug on my account and will take 24 hours to fix. So im left with still using my old phone when I have a new one sat here not being able to use it.

Hi @Watts320  phone sky and request they send you a replacement physical sim.
