New sky phone contract

Hi,

 

I ordered a contract iphone yesterday and it's arriving today. however, there's no details of my contract or iphone on my account? what do i do?

Have you had a text or email from DPD to say it is out for delivery today because if you haven't then it will not be.

Are you using the same details that you used when ordering it. If so what happens if you try this:

yes using the same details for when i ordered it - when i clicked on the link you sent me, it says linking a sky iD to your sky mobile account. but i'm not sure how to do that?

its saying my account is already linked to sky mobile - when i go to 'my contracts' its saying the pages are restricted?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

hi i have activated my sky sim into my new phone now and done my PAC code so i can keep the same number. however, it says 'no sim' on the new iphone when i've put it in the right way inside the phone - is it because my phone is still transferring my number onto the new phone? or will it be something else?

Sometimes there can be a delay in activating the sim so if a reboot doesn't fix it I would leave it and see if it is working in the morning
