New sky SIM cards on my wife’s and my mobile phones are not allowing incoming or outgoing calls

We inserted new Sky SIM cards into our mobiles. We used the PAC codes to retain our old numbers.My wife received a text today to say that her old number is now working. But it is not. She can receive texts but cannot make phone calls

Since the number has transferred has she checked that it is showing the correct one if the phone and if it is tried a reboot of the phone ?
