New sim plan

I ordered a new sim plan but I need to retain my old number when I ordered it it went through without asking

Hi @Jortay1417--  if you ordered a new plan then that will come with a new number. If you want to carry your old number from a sky sim to the new plan then you have to port your number to another network on PAYG using a PAC then port it back to the new sim.
