I've had an iPhone 11 for over a year with sky. Nothing has changed but a few weeks ago I was unable to phone my home landline number, getting a message that the number did not exist. I looked at various comments on here and did not wish to spend hours on the phone 5o Sky so sent for a new sim but unable to activate. It says this should work normally within minutes, but it's over 24 hours now. I've tried a few times with no luck.
any advice please? I have also had two friends saying they tried 5o ring over Christmas but no missed calls showing.
