New sim card

Hi

I have had a sky sim card for a long time now VIP member, I have just change to the 1GB for £1 deal I received the sim card yesterday which I have activated but when I go on to the sky app it is still saying activate this sim and showing my previous sim plan and the next bill is still showing the cost for my previous sim card.  I cannot get through to sky at all they constanlty hang up

The offer is for additional dataplans with new phone numbers.

You cannot apply the offer to an existing plan.

They did not explain this when I spoke to them I did ask if this will replace my exsisting plan and they said yes and my previous sim does not work anymore.

In that case you need to call them and argue that case...

(If you activated your new SIM as a replacement for the existing one then the old one will stop working)

I have been trying all morning to phone but it hangs up on me everytime

If it hangs up after speaking to the bot try saying nothing to see if that gets you through to someone.
