New sim activation problem

I have a new sim as wanted more data but when I try to activate it in a new phone I get asked to Link Sky ID and when I add my information it says already verified ????

Do you already have another sim with Sky because if you do if you do get this new one activated you will be paying forvteo

of them, You can't transfer your number between the both of them without moving it out and back from a PAYG network first.
