New plan

Hello

I called twice and was tricked into changing my contract and nothing changed.

I called for two weeks in a row and nothing, I asked them to send me an email with the new contract and they refused

sms: , We have upgraded your data to 10 GB and we have given £9 offer for the sim card. Your monthly cost for the sim card is £5 and it will be updated in your bills after 24 Hours.

 

2 weeks and nothing

 

please help me

Have you looked at your future bills via the app to see if you can see if the new offer has been applied ?

 

Has your data package not changed to 10GB ?
