Hi there


i have received purchased a pay monthly with sky. Had my number transfered from my previous provider. My data services aren't working still and it's been over 24 hours so I can't use the phone outside of wi-fi. Has anyone had the same issue?

Has Sky told you that your number has transferred and they have does your device show the correct number in the settings because if is wrong you will need to change it.
