I've bought an iphone 17 on contract from sky mobile and i'm waiting for it to be delivered. in the sky mobile app it keeps asking me to sign into my sky id and asking for my name and last digits of my bank account number. i have done this correctly and it doesn't work. is this because it hasn't charged me a monthly payment yet. that would make sense however would that mean that when my ohone comes i can't have data or anything until my first monthly payment comes out?? i'm confused

When you provide your payment details what does this happen ?

As soon as you activate your sim you can use and access mobile data.
