If I wanted to change my phone but keep my plan and mobile number with sky do they allow you to change your phone but keep everything else the same? I know some networks do not allow you to change inside the same network. Thanks.

Hi @Dolphin21  yes you can keep the same plan. When ordering the new device don't add a plan, there should be a "I don't need a sim" or similar. If that doesn't appear then choose the cheapest sim and don't activate it when it arrives. Then just put your old sim in the new phone.
