New phone

  • Bought new phone with the plan my old number isn't showing contacted the customer service they guided me how to restart the phone which I did twice but it's the same result . I wanted to keep the old number tried through pac code but still showing the different number so if anyone kindly help me

Did you obtain a PAC from your previous provider?

 

When did you give it to Sky?

 

What phone is it?  You probably haven't changed the relevant settings.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Newera  if your old number is with Sky then you can't use the PAC to transfer it to the new phone. Either use your old sim/plan in the new phone or use the PAC to port your number to a different network on PAYG then port it back again onto the new sim/plan.
