New phone

I ordered the new flip7 with the deal of the Chromebook and the pro3 earbuds I received the phone which is perfect but iv not received the ear buds pro3

@Sarahbarnes  You need to claim them as detailed on the Sky Mobile site

When did you put your claim in as these will be sent around 45 days after it has been validated by Samsung.
