New phone

I just a new iPhone 16promax from Sky and I can't download apps, what could be the problem

A few questions:

 

Are you trying to do this on a Wifi or mobile data internet connection ?

What is happening ?

And you have tried rebooting your phone and if you have a VPN installed turned it off ?
