I would like to upgrade my phone but the system said I am elegible

If you're eligible then go ahead.

 

...or if you meant you weren't then you should be able to swap anytime from 31 days to the end of your device payment plan.  Call Sky on 150 to process it manually.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
