New phone

I just been online to sign up for a new phone and I've got no record or email to confirm it- it says it went through but I've heard nothing 

pls help

It's not necessarily instant. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. As customers we have no insight into stock levels or the delivery timescales.

Thanks , yeh I got all my emails etc so all good and I've received my phone now- cheers for the reply
