New phone data disappears

I got a new phone in June and mine and my other phone (daughters) on my account lost all our data in the first day.  I worked out the problem eventually after scrolling through lots of posts.  It happened again today with my sons new phone.  If this happens go to 'settings and privacy' on Facebook and then 'media' and auto play switch off this everything and tick on WiFi only!  Problem solved.  Sky you need to be advising customers of this.  And why it took my daughters data too is ridiculous.  Its something to do with transferring from old to new phone and it reset the setting on Facebook.

Incase you are not aware this is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky,

 

Having said that Sky can't be responsible for what other sites might or not do with regards to how much data you use on their sites but at least you manage to solve it.
