New phone contract

Ordered a new phone contract and I passed credit checks ect but direct debit details in said order placed. Went to check when delivery was and it says ordered paused. What does this mean?

Not sure but at a guess it might be related to the second deeper credit checks that take place. I would leave it for 24 hours and if it still days the same then contact Sky about it.

I've had an email confirmation and a delivery date, it says " in progress ". Do you think I should contact sky in the morning to see what's going on?

If it still says it is paused tomorrow then I would to see if they know what is happening.
