New number

I am writing to urgently request a change to my current mobile number.

I have been receiving threatening calls and text messages on a daily basis, and the matter has now been reported to the police, who have advised me to change my number immediately for my safety and wellbeing.

I would appreciate it if this request could be processed as a priority, given the serious nature of the situation. Please confirm the next steps to complete this change, or if any further information is needed from my side

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers.

You will need to call Sky (dial 150 from the Sky mobile) to facilitate this.

If your SIM is 'out contract' (had it 12 months) then simply order an activate a new SIM card- this will have a new number.  (And then cancel the existing one)

If 'in contract' then you'll need to contact Sky as above...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
