New mobile

So when I order my new phone the offer with it was for a Samsung watch if I ordered between a certain date but to retrieve this I had to input the IMEI number but didnt have the phone yet. Phone came today went to retrieve this offer now it's telling me the offer are ear buds. The whole point of me buying this phone was for the watch. Please advise what I can do.

@Kizzy_d- Was the offer part of purchasing an S24 or S24E? if it was you may be able to claim the watch via this link https://samsungoffers.claims/sam/watch7summer/en-GB .

If it wasn't that offer then post which phone it was and either i'll try to find a link or another one of the forum users  may be able to assist.

Sorry so if I have got this through sky.. it's asking for an invoice number but I got it pay monthly.. not sure if get an invoice number.

Usually you can use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

What link, the Samsung one posted earlier in this topic if so that is not a scam link as it is a link to the promotion that they are running.
