New mobile contrct

Hello.

When speaking to a SKY advisor this morning (Sunday 4th January). He offered me £4.2 per sim for myself and my wife. I was then cut off from the call. I then received this email informing me of the existing price of £4.8 per month for each sim.

This is an extremely sharp practice and whilst a small amount of money, it could be a larger amount on a future occasion. Please send me an update contract with the previously promised price of £4.2. I called and spoke to the same advisory service and was again cut off. I made a formal complaint using Sky email address on-line (6/1) and apart from an acknowledgement. Have heard nothing since.

Any ideas andbody please

That gives Sky either 8 weeks to resolve this or you can ask for a deadlock letter so you can take it further so you need to now give this time and await their response.

Hi @hullmick  no new contract will be sent from here as it's not sky CS and no one has access to any account information. If you can't get the deal you were offered in the first place then don't sign the contract and go elsewhere.
