Got a new iPhone can't make or receive calls can't use iMessage and send or receive emails

Is this an iphone, have you moved your sim from your previous phone to it or are you starting with a new sim ?

Try resetting the network:
Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Rest>Reset Network Settings.
