New iPhone 17 issues

I have just got a new iPhone 17, and having issues with it getting really hot at times ( did get really hot when transferring data over from old phone, but read this was common when working hard) but it has done it a few times since.

also the sound is going funny on and off. Like an echoing from the speaker.

i am not sure if i should ask for a replacement ??
