No phone is supposed to be new when you go into app settings it's registered in Thailand

Hi.

yes it was purchased from sky as supposedly brand new.

it was a made in India iPhone 

I have found the name & address and country of the person 

I found this information in the App Store it allowed me to register my  email address but it wouldn't let me download anything 

It came up with wrong country & region
