New eSIM not activating

My eSIM isn't activating on my iPad , keeps saying try again or contact service provider

Hi @Gb50  you will need to call sky if you can't get it working online. This isn't sky CS here, mainly fellow customers.

I'm sorry but that is rubbish advice.. I'm having the same issue, how can I call Sky when my Network isnt working? faulty service.

Find a working phone from a friend or family perhaps @Krillim  ?
