Hi can you tell me why my bill is so high it is £152 which we dont see the reason why we sent back thw new mobiles we have not got any new mobiles

Hi @Nurray  are you saying you ordered new phones and returned them ? If you did it takes 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed, until then you will be billed, any overpayment will be refunded.

As we customers here we can not see your bill but you can by viewing it via the MySky app so what does it show ?

 

When and why were these phones returned, were Sky aware you were returning them ?
