New device
I am a new sky customer and I have recently tried to order a iPad Pro, on my orders it says complete coming soon, I was wondering if this is the case. As it has been a long time since I place the order, I tried to access my credit agreement for the contract but I cannot access it. How long usually do new customer's devices take to arrive, I have had no update or any confirmation it is actually coming. Please can someone help or escalate my query to an expert.

Re: New device
@ArnaudCarette The messaging won't be able to give you any timescales as it will depend on stock.
You mentioned you can't access your credit agreement but did you even sign it after your order was processed

Re: New device
@ArnaudCarette
As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards and NOT via Direct Messaging

What is happening when you try to access it because unless you sign it you might find that at some stage you order gets cancelled.
