New contract swapped from ee unable to receive text

Recently swapped from we to sky. Can send iMessage but not normal text messages. Please advise on how to resolve this as cannot get onto banking app without authorisation text

Check settings > apps > messages > send as text message is toggled on.


Also check if you have primary and secondary sims in your iPhone and make sure secondary is off.

I have checked text message is on but says no network

Can you make and receive calls without any issues, if you can then it might be worth contacting Sky about getting a replacement sim sent as that will come with the correct number and can fix issues like this:

Select - No, I still need help >No, I want to get in touch > tick both boxes > Get in touch.
