New contract phone mini 13 iPhone, but want larger phone 13 iphone

My partner bought an iPhone 13 mini for my birthday in August,the contract is in his name. I can't see the phone letters very well as my eyes have deteriorated lately with diabetic glaucoma, the phone is too small. Can I

he send it back and ask for the  larger iPhone 13 on the same contract?

Hi @Suet2  no you can't, not without paying some considerable early termination charges. You had a 31 day cooling off period in which you could have returned the phone. As that's now passed you will need to wait until the swap window opens at 12 months if you are on swap 12 and 24 months if you are on swap 24.
