New VIP data

I have the new Apple Air, which had my original data deal. I have just purchased through the app a new VIP data deal. It isn't showing on my account, will it be an automatic transfer or do I need to contact sky to cancel my original data plan?  I'm abit confused

If you're happy with a new phone number then it's simple.  Activate the new dataplan and use that and call Sky to cancel the existing one.

 

If you are looking to keep your phone number then it's more complicated... (As the VIP deal is for additional SIMs only - which have a new phone number).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
