I am trying to switch to Sky Mobile and we got 2 phones and Sim's, one activated within 24 hours the other has now been 10 days. I have spoken to 4 'Customer Advisors' on the phone who all promise to get something done but nothing happens. Anyone have ideas on anything else i can do before just cancelling?

Sorry should have said already tried that and got a new sim but because the original one is still being activated they cant switch to the new one, not sure why they sent another one

Thanks, no they wouldnt cancel the original one. have logged a complaint and will see if they respond to that before cancelling.
