• I have just changed my SIM deal but I'm keeping my phone. When I insert the new SIM into my phone and activate it, do I keep the number I already have with sky or do I have to ask to keep my same number?

If you activate this new sim you will have a new number and will be paying for another sim.

You could either use the sim you have or if you want to transfer the number you have to the new sim then you would need to use a Pac code to transfer your current sim number to a PAYG network and then use another pac code via them to transfer it back to your new Sky sim.
