I'm a new customer, starting a SIM only PAYM contract. I put in the request on 8th December and received this email:
Just a quick note to say we've got your order and are busy checking all the details. We'll be in touch soon to confirm what you've chosen and let you know how to get up and running.
I've heard nothing since. Is this a really poorly worded confirmation that my SIM is on its way, or would that be a different email and actually my order is stuck in "checking all the details" limbo?
The help bot thing is no use at all, and the order tracking option on my account just sends me to an error page.
Any ideas...?

You're right - I called (got through much quicker than I expected) and it sounds like the order had got stuck somehow. The agent cancelled it and put in a new order, although I just had the same email confirmation as before so let's see if the same thing happens again... 🤔
