New SIM card not needed

Hi 
I ordered a new sim for my daughter so she could have more data and didn't realise I could just change her plan so do not need the new sim that you sent me. I can't seem to be able to take this off her package

Hi @issy6  dont activate it and it will drop off automatically after 31 days.
