New Replacement eSIM
Got a new device and stupidly have misplaced my eSIM confirmation code which I need to transfer the eSIM.
Can't request a new eSIM through the portal as the security check fails when trying to send a message.
Can somone assist?

Re: New Replacement eSIM
I did reach out to them about the confirmation code yesterday lunch time and they said they'd email me it in around 4 hours.
Still not had anything

Re: New Replacement eSIM
There does appear to be an issue with these codes at present. This has been raised in a private forum on here so hopefully we can get this looked into.

Re: New Replacement eSIM
Apparently they need to send a new physical SIM which may take 6 days to arrive.
Pathetic
