New MacBook Pro order incredibly long estimates delivery time

Hello Guys,

I have just placed an order for a MacBook Pro M4 however in the confirmation email it says the estimated delivery time will take 12 to 13 weeks? Like what on earth it estimated on checkout that it would be delivered tomorrow is there anyone here who can help me or a number to ring sky up?

We have no insight into stock levels or delivery expectations.

These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Hi. I feel your pain. I ordered a macbook Air M4 (2025) at teh beginning of September. It is not October 1st and my account just says "Coming Soon" - although when I did credit check at check out, it said next day delivery!! I've contacted Sky about 4 times about this and each time I get false promises that "it'll be here by friday", "a few more days because of the iPhone 17 being launched", "we couldn't verify your address" etc etc etc - the excuses have been different everytime. Today, I called and spoke to Mohammed and he said the order shows no delivery date and It could take up to atleast another 2 weeks to even show stock, but that is a guess and I shouldn't take his word for that!!! 

I stopped usoing Sky Mobile back in 2017 due to a similar issue and thought after 8 years things may have changed. Clearly Not!!

Only thing i can suggest you do is keep petstering them or go with another company - EE offer Apple Laptops also!!

I am going to give mine order 1 more week, then I'm cancelling the order, along with my no Out Of Contract Sky Tv Services, Broadband Sefvices and Sky Talk!!
