New Ipad Order that is off into the ether

Order the new Ipad M5 on the 17th October ready as part of my swap option in the contract for the launch date on the 22nd.

 

No sign of it being dispatched so called sky who told me they would look into it.......nothing happened

 

Order a second Ipad M5 same spec as the first as part of the swap option on a secong contract I have.  That got dispatched and delivered a few days later.

 

Still no sign of the first iPad beign dispatched. Called again and got promised it would be dispatched that evening......nothing happened.

 

Call yesterday and complained and got advised that I should try contact dpd.  I asked why as it hasn't been dispatched? Then they said maybe stock issues which I replied why did I get my second one?  They agreed to look into it and call me back........nothing has happened

 

Does anyone have any advice on how to get hold of someone who can actually do something, maybe does anyone have the CEO office details or CEO email address

The status is the same as it has been since the 17/10 when I ordered it which is "In progress - Coming soon"

 

As I said before it can not be a stock issue as they managed to fulfil the same device a few days later

 

Duriny my last three calls to Sky no one has been able to give me a reason why it has not shipped and they do not appear to be able to escalate for someone to look into it and fix it
