New Customer Nightmare

Hi all.

 

Scenario - recently moved back to the UK and signed up for a sky mobile account - Phone & eSim.

 

Phone arrives today, proceed to setup the eSim, log in online, scan the QR code - states its already in use.  Try the manual method, still no joy.

 

Try to use the my sky app, says I'm not authorised.

 

Try online chat, no human available to help.  Try telephone support, get as far as putting in the last 2 digits of my bank account and the phone auto hangs up.  Tried all of the above many times, no joy.

 

I travel tomorrow and needed to use this account but now unlikely.  Even if I could get through to them online or phone, I doubt it will allow activation.

 

Not a great start.......what am I doing wrong?

It doesn't appear you are doing anything wrong so if you haven't a phone to contact Sky on then they can be contacted via social media:
