Never received devices

So I ordered two devices on my sky mobile account, a watch and earbuds. Dpd were ment to deliver 06/03/25 but they haven't had the parcel scanned for more than 24 hours sobthey deem the parcel as lost. Called sky to explain. Skybtransfer you to dpd. Dpd say contact sky. Call sky again and when the telesales operator realises they don't know what to say or do they transfer you to someone else without saying why or explaining to the new person. Called the complaints line to put in a complaint, they emailed me to say they have closed the complaint. I am literally stuck, there is no one direct to talk to. It's now 27/03/25 and still kot got them and sky don't seem to care.
