Network problems

I have had no network  for a week numerous  calls emails keep being  told it will be back tomorrow  I have to get my son to keep phoning  for me I shall have to  cancel  my sim only deal and go with  another  provider  will I be charged  cancellation  fee I also need a pacnumber but as I cant receive  texts how can I get one

Hi @Carole_12  yes you would have to pay early termination charges. Whilst you may not have a signal it's in the T&C's you agreed to that they may not be able to provide a signal in all locations all of the time. They have to be given time to repair any faults. If after a reasonable time they haven't then you may be allowed to leave. Once fixed if you call them on 150 then they will issue credit to your account. With regards to getting a PAC can you not drive to an area with signal and request it ?

Thank you  but I have been  disconnected  from  the service  for some  reason  it's been  fine for 4 months  they keep  saying  it will  be on tomorrow  they fix it and it's  not  my  sim, but it's  now a week  and no network
