Network issues
No network signal again in my postcode. I don't know how many times a mast goes down in my area but I never get compensated. How long will I be without service this time in my postcode

Re: Network issues
We can't say as we're customers like yourself. We can say that Sky do not own or maintain any masts so you and others in your area are relying on a third party repair. Once service is restored you could call Sky and request a credit on your account for the time you've been without full service.
