Network issues

iPhone 6 pro Max

I have no signal/data and Now my texts are not going through and sending as my email and it's saying I'm still with EE and not sky been with you for a week and it's been nothing but problems since joining sky starting to get annoyed have done the troubleshooting to sort everything out, but nothing's working have spoke to technical issues and still not working

Is your phone displaying EE as the network ?

Is the Sky sim in your phone ?

Did you transfer a number from EE to the Sky sim and if so have Sky told you that the transfer has been completed ?

Yes it's saying EE as my network 

yes the sky sim is in 

yes I have had my number send over and it's saying it all done

Try a network refresh:

 

Go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
