Network/data issue

For two days now my phone has not been working properly. No access to Internet calls or texts. The 4g/5g symbol in the top right screen has been flicking on and off. I have tried restarting/ taking sim out ect. I have followed all the advice online but nothing is solving it. My account will let me roll data from piggy bank but won't show it as rolled over (it takes it from piggy bank but doesn't show in remaining) I cant call out or receive calls, when someone calls my phone they get a "this number does not exist" Any suggestions please? Many thanks Galaxy s24 ultra

If this is happening in all areas then you may need to try a replacement sim @Jonezy01 , you will need to call sky or use the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact them.

Hi have you managed to solve this, my phone is doing the same and also with the rolling data. I have try to contact sky and no one answered 2 hour listening to lovely music

@Lizjp18687 no i haven't solved this yet, im going to call them today and get a replacement sim to see if that works
