Need to contact an agent

I've been charged nearly double my usual bill due to extra data costs abroad. I wasn't made aware that this would be at an extra cost and as you can imagine I'm really upset by this.

There information you need can be found easily enough online:

Charges for countries that are "Res of the world" ones are really high as you have discovered:

 

£2,160 per GB (yes this is correct)

£2.16 per minute Calls to local or UK mobile and landline numbers

£1.80 per minute to receive calls

£0.50 per text message to UK numbers and mobiles

£0.58 per picture message(MMS)

 

150 is the free number to call Sky on but don't be surprised if they say there is nothing that they can do.

I'm afraid that's an unrealistic expectation.  You should always check the tariff before roaming or call numbers outside your inclusive plan.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

We are real people but we're customers like you. You would need to call Sky to speak to an agent but is it something we can perhaps help you with to save a call?
