Need postal label to return old swapped phone

Recently did a swap on my daughters phone for iphone 14 and was told we would get £35 for old samsung s10 but havnt received and postal package to return old phone?

You should be able to use the packaging the new phone came in as the small return label should be on the inside of it somewhere. If you don't have this then call Sky on 150 as they will work out the best way to get this to you.

When sending the device off make sure you get and keep proof of posting.
