Need help

My new phone has arrived and I need to send my old one back as it's still in contract and I'm currently being charged for two devices

What help do you need, if you placed the order as a swap then you should be able to use the packaging the new phone came in to return the other one as there should be a small return label

on the inside of it somewhere you can use. If you do not see this then call Sky on 150 as they will work out the best way to get it to you so if you have a printer they might email it to you.
