Need help only getting pay in full option for mobile
Hello can someone help me I was trying to get another device on my account for a family member I got to the checkout the other day and was offered the device for £160 upfront I didn't realise I didn't have the money then I've tried again today now I've been paid and all I'm getting is "credit check successful" but then go to payment and all I'm getting now is pay in full? Any advice I wanted it to be a nice birthday present

If you are new to the forum or this is your first post then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.
There may still be an issue with your credit checks which is why Sky are requesting payment in full. For a sim deal it’s just a soft credit check, for a device there’s also an enhanced check. See this link for Skys guidance ~

If you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score.
